New York Studio School MFA Thesis Exhibition

New York Studio School has served as a powerful institution to help Alla Broeksmit further develop her skills. She is excited to see what the future holds for her, and is ready to display the hard-earned fruits of her labor during the MFA Thesis Exhibition. The faculty at the New York Studio School have served to cultivate and to help shape her as an artist. Painters Judy Glantzman, Elisa Jensen, Kyle Staver, art historian and critic Karen Wilkin, and art critic and curator David Cohen have all been instrumental in Alla Broeksmit’s development as an artist at the school. Graham Nickson, who has operated as Dean of the School since 1988, has an unwavering desire to see each and every student realize their full potential. For many, a Master’s in Fine Arts is a monumental goal. For Alla, it is just the beginning.
